Last day. Including riding to and from North Beach I clocked 30.32 miles in 2h17m47s on the saddle. Ave speed 13.2mph inclusive of walking 3/4 up the Terres. Take that out and I was bang on 14mph. The west coast 10.8 miles from the Imperial to home was 39m15s at 16.5mph with the very welcome tailwind, inclusive of slightly mental horse delay at the bottom of Vazon.

Totals:
2005 mins in 30 days @ 66.84 mins per day.
412.7 miles @ 13.76 miles per day. 12.22 mph ave (slow coach, but I did do lots of lane during the 30 days)
664.13 kms @ 22.14 per day. 19.66 km/h ave.
Fastest downhill speed recorded on the Garmin - 33.7mph. Fastest flat speed - 26.8mph.
The very disappointing stat..... weight loss 8lb/3.5kgs. Gutted.
